These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made on gardigen.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Products and availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or natural material variations.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).

3) Prices and taxes

All prices shown on the Site are in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

If applicable, taxes will be displayed at checkout according to the information available at the time of purchase.

4) Shipping destinations and costs

We ship only within the European Union (EU).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight, using the following weight tiers:

0–2 kg: €14.99
2–5 kg: €19.99
5–10 kg: €29.99
10–20 kg: €44.99

5) Order processing and delivery times

Order processing: typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

EU delivery: typically 5–7 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

6) Payment

We offer secure checkout and accept payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., PayPal / Visa / Mastercard).

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

7) Order confirmation and cancellations

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@gardigen.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

8) Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, email us at info@gardigen.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

Return conditions:

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging where possible.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the product price (and standard outbound shipping where required by law) using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods (e.g., sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed, or personalized items).

9) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) and include:

your order number,
photos of the issue (item + packaging),
a short description of the problem.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

10) Warranty and liability

We are responsible for delivering goods that conform to the contract.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of profit) arising from the use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

11) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, photos, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

12) Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Site.

13) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of registration, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
